Your firewall must allow the outgoing TCP connection to files.ratepay.com at port 22.

Client

If your operating system has a firewall, it usually will ask if you want to allow the outgoing connection. Please confirm and add an exception to the firewall rules, if necessary.

Network

Corporate networks usually having their own firewall. You may need to ask your administrator to add an exception rule.
