Ratepay will send invoice documents to your customers on behalf of you. In case you like to create and send the invoice documents on your own, please follow our legal instructions.

Submitting tracking information towards Ratepay
If you fill in the tracking codes before you you send the capture to Ratepay, these tracking ids will submitted together with the delivery information.
