A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks, starting from the date on which your account was debited. The terms and conditions of your bank apply. In the payment checkout as a pop-up/unfold text under the details of the customer IBAN and a separate "Agree" / “Consent” button for issuing the direct debit mandate by the customer.
